Pattern Book

Your home at Crace will be a lot more than just a house. It will be part of a whole neighbourhood that is different by design. The Crace Pattern Book is an important tool in creating that difference. It is designed to be used by our partner builders, in consultation with you, to ensure that your house forms part of an attractive, harmonious streetscape.

If you choose one of the designs from our Crace partner builders all you have to do is select the finishes and negotiate any internal changes to the plan with your builder. However, if you would like to submit your own design to our Design Co-ordinator for approval the guidelines in the Pattern Book will put you on the right track to approval.

The Pattern Book plays an important role in the buying process at Crace. To fulfil our vision of the suburb as a place with harmonious streetscapes and high quality homes, we’ve developed a unique sales process for Crace. Instead of just buying a block, at Crace selecting a house design is also part of the process. You can either choose from our extensive portfolio of approved designs or have your own design developed.

The result will be a home you’re proud of, in a street and suburb that sets it off perfectly.
