In Canberra’s traditional suburbs the streets have a character all their own, with the house designs, the materials, the textures and the colours blending with each other to create a sense of harmony.Times, designs and materials have changed, but at Crace we are re-creating that integrated approach to the streetscape by ensuring that each home reflects our overall design intent.

It means you don’t have to worry that your neighbour will build something unfortunate next door, and ensures that your home will be part of an integrated and attractive streetscape.  Our Crace builders have a range of pre-approved homes available or you can use your own builder,  following the Crace design principles.
